Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened charcoal products
  • Used products
  • Customized or wholesale bulk orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@noveltycharcoal.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the label we provide.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When we approve your return, we provide a prepaid label as described above.
